portativ organ:

Bild der Orgel
In concerts with music from 16th and 17th century genuine style general bass instruments, which can be transported easily, often are missing. For a recorder builder it probably seems obvious to build also a small organ. The shown instrument has the range c to a3. The pipes and the case are manufactured from oak or from cherry, the keys from rose-wood, the upper keys from box-wood. Since the whistles are located freely in the space, the instrument has a strong tone, which (together with a dulcian or a viola da gamba) gives a safe foundation for the Intonation also with many voices and instruments. Individual voices from polyphone music of the Renaissance can be represented particularly well. The wind comes from an electrical blower or (against surcharge) from two change bellows.
The price amounts to 8400,- Euro
